Barney’s & Bergdorf’s

On April 16, 2019, my class and I explored Barney’s and Bergdorf’s off Madison Ave. There, we walked around each store and did a bit of retail analysis. We compared prices from each store and saw which retailers were in one store and if they were in the other. We noted the window displays and how garments and accessories were merchandized. I explored the sportswear collections mainly and saw the shoe salon in Bergdorf’s. I enjoyed looking at my favorite designers- Sacai, Helmut Lang, Off-White, and Vince.
