Hakan Akkaya FW 19/20 
On Sunday, February 9th, 2019 I had the opportunity to attend a show at New York Fashion Week. I got the chance to watch Hakan Akkaya’s Fall Winter 2019/2020 runway show. It was an amazing experience and my first time watching a fashion show live. The designs were based off of 90’s punk rock and had influences from David Bowie. The garments consisted of black sequined/studded unisex clothing. LOTS of shoulder pads, giving emphasis to the shoulders. Lovely show and the designer was thrilled to come out after and dance along the runway.
